Easy check in. Communication great. No problems.

Very timely in completing our purchase. Very friendly staff from the salesperson to financing to technical support. All the employees were very knowledgeable about the product purchased.

Agreed on price over the phone. Test drive and paperwork took less than 2 hours. Tech helped us with all the settings.

Fairly smooth experience until I got to the Finance Manager. I worked with Jason as my Finance Manager and I found him to be rude and almost made me go somewhere else to purchase my Acadia AT4.

Called and made an appt to have the oil change, very accommodating to my schedule. When I arrived, a service member got me checked in and my oil change was ready in an hour. The office gals were polite and efficient.

Had a windshield install in my Buick Envision. Unfortunately 2 were broken when received at your facility. Mike Waldrep kept me updated as several weeks passed.

Things went very well. Communication was very good concerning the repair. The issue I brough my truck in for was repaired. They found a couple of other things and communicated about those. I agreed to fix them as well. In all I am pleased.
