I had some warning lights come on my dash. ABS not working, cruise not working, and a BRAKE warning came on and hard to steer. As the Silverado only had 57757 miles I was concerned and disappointed to see this to say the least. I stopped by Bob Mccosh and Jenn Perez, the service advisor, took a look at it. She told me they would have to do a diagnosis to see what the problem was. I took it back on Tuesday the 1st of October and they started working on it. They found several things electrical needed replaced and also my battery was weak and the water pump was leaking. Jenn was excellent about calling me and explaining what they thought it was. They started working on it the next day and found another problem which led to the major problems. Jenn was very good about explaining everything to me and told me they had to get parts, and it would be Thursday before they could get back to it. No problem and she called me early the next morning and told me the work was completed. While I am disappointed that a pickup with such low miles had such a major failure, I understand how electrical problems can get started. My experience was so much better for Jenn telling me what needed done and keeping in touch. She also told me I had an exhaust manifold bolt loose but that could wait until I could let her have the truck for an extended time. Somewhere they also found some credits for me to soften the expense when I checked out. Thanks to Jenn, the technicians and the bookkeepers for trying to help. The internet says the Silverado is one of the most reliable pickups on the road. While the problem is now fixed it was a learning experience. Thanks to everybody at Bob McCosh for their help.
