I had starting problems with my 2018 Silverado. When I got to the dealership Jenn Perez took charge of my problems and did some analysis of the systems and the battery. I had just had the battery replaced in October on her recommendations, so we figured it was ok. For some reason the pickup was shut off when sitting in the drive thru lanes inside the service department. When they tried to restart it there was no activity from the starter. After conferring with several other techs Jenn told me they would put a new starter on it. At this point I went to have breakfast with my pickup sitting in the middle of the drive thru lanes with the hood up. Jenn was good to her word and less than 2 hours later she called and said it was fixed and ready to go. I don't know how they got it back to the repair area but Jenn took care of me like she always does. That's one of the reasons I keep coming back knowing my problems will be taken care of. The actual cost was less than what she had estimated and that was really nice. While I am disappointed that I had to replace the starter already with 60,000 miles working with Jenn makes it much less painful. Good job and I will continue to bring my vehicles back for service.
