Service department did a great job assisting us, excellent communication. However, I would NOT recommend the sales team to help you. They do not return phone calls, usually have empty promises and once you have signed the dotted line, on to the next customer. Our new vehicle was loaned out in the midst of it being purchased, promised a finders incentive for giving information that resulted in a sale (that never happened), once we signed paperwork with financial department, had to wait nearly an hour to take delivery while our sales person helped other customers. Took off and put on my own license plates while I waited. Trade in was an absolute joke. Was told my car was a wholesale piece and they couldn't budge. Well, the person I gave contact information to my sales person ended up buying it for much more than I was given or what the car was worth. No finders fee and overcharged him. I will give the sales team the little credit they deserve, my new to me vehicle needed a $1000+ repair on first oil change that was not covered by the service contract they sold me. They did goodwill a small portion, but could not be bothered to call me back to explain their reasoning or situation, they had the service department do that. Probably won't be back to buy a vehicle, way too many issues with this deal. Service did great as always. This review would be a 1 star if based only on sales department, that would not be fair to service department as they do their job well.
