Confirmed Service Customer
As a dealership and service department we have always been happy, however as of late it seems that you have too many customers and not enough customer service. It is important to me to be able to drop off my vehicle and have the courtesy shuttle take me to and from the dealership, on this las oil change that was not the case. I wound up walking to my office. Secondly, we need additional checks done on the engine due to a knock that has started (I believe we have lifter sticking issues) I was not able to have that looked at due to the techs "not having time." I'm not one to complain or write reviews, but this should be some helpful feedback.
