Confirmed Service Customer
Our vehicle was promised to be finished on last Thursday but when we called they said it would be finished early Friday. We didn���t hear anything, so we called Friday morning at 9:30 and it was just going in. The tech said he had just received it at 5pm the day before. We said we needed it by 12:30, so he got it done. We explained to amber that we would need to speak with the service manager. When we got in to pick up the vehicle, we were told he had gone to lunch. He never called us to follow up. Terrible service. We have been customers for over 10 years. It is absolutely unacceptable and there���s no reason for us to pay top dollar for this.
