Our salesman was very helpful and made the interaction very enjoyable

Well had appointment for 1:00 pm dropped off truck, at 12:30 pm came back to pickup at 2:45 had even worked on it yet, had to wait until 4:45 for them to finish it, when i only need two valve stems and balance on all four tire, not a very good experience.

I was on time for my appointment for an oil change and I had to wait for over 2 hours. This is ridiculous and I will not be coming back for service.

My wife & I had a 2009 Odessy Honda & started looking, at the time we were driving by McCarty Nisson, we stopped, salesman was friendly, showed a couple cars, the second one was a beautiful blue Altima that we liked, bought it. Got home & wondered how come a 27000$ car cost close to 40000$. we got the money back for all those little surcharges but had bad feelings. Our son told us to see your people, we did, met Sonya and she found the vehicle for us. If we live long enough we`ll be back. Louis

Jill was amazing to work with. She answered all of our questions to the best of her ability, and if there was something she wasn���t sure of, she made sure to find a way to get us an answer. Very fast and courteous service. I came in "on the spot" and received a complimentary car service to and from my destination with a great driver. The "turn-around" time for the service was great. Kudos to the team!

Agreed on price over the phone. Test drive and paperwork took less than 2 hours. Tech helped us with all the settings.
