2 1/2 hours to change a wheel out. Prepaid $48 to install and was billed another $20 for a valve stem? I just paid it because I’d been there for 2 1/2 hours

Joseph did a great job, texted me once the vehicle was inspected and let me know the issues. He then texted me when the vehicle was ready to pick up. I like the way the set up for service is, with cars lined up and then driving in and a service person meets with you. Good system. very professional folks.

Kyle kept me informed when my vehicle would be ready. Every item was checked and needed to be replaced.

Everyone is always so friendly at McCosh. I scheduled my oil change in advance, was able to drop my vehicle off, and received a text not too long after that my vehicle was ready. The facility is always clean and if I needed to wait, they waiting room looks very nice and cozy as well.

Our sales person, Sonja Ellis was very helpful and customer friendly.
