Jill greeted me as I walked in the Lobby. She answered any questions I had about the Envista. It was a really easy process to test drive the Envista with just a copy of my drivers license and insurance card. I liked that she didn’t come on the test drive with my dad and I. I like to be able to talk about my likes and dislikes with my dad without a third party interfering. What I liked best about Jill is she wasn’t pushy. When I told her I wanted to think about it, she said “have a good day”, gave me her card and let me leave without trying to push the sale of the car on me. She made one phone call a week later to follow-up. I came in for a second test drive which sealed the deal for me as my decision was between an Envista and Kia Sportage. The Kia guy sent too many texts and phone calls asking too many questions. And when I drove through the Kia parking lot and got out to look at a car, the salesmen would always run out to try to talk to me and make a sale. I’d rather look on my own and if I have questions, let me come to you. Pushy sales people are such a turn off. I never felt like Jill was solely trying to make a commission and I loved how she let me make the decision to buy the car. My car literally broke down on the side of the road the same day we were supposed to trade it in. We had to have it towed to the dealership. Jill and the dealership were understanding. They waived the tow fee for me which was unexpected and appreciated! I still feel like I got a decent trade in for a car that didn’t even run. Financing was a smooth process. I had heard horror stories of dealerships trying to screw over people with interest rates and hidden fees. I was nervous to finance my car because I was inexperienced, I was by myself, and had no clue what I was doing. I liked that finance didn’t push a bunch of extra up sales on me. Their administration fee was half of what Kia was going to charge. Bob McCosh was going to give me an 8% interest rate and finance found a cheaper alternative at 6.5%. They also didn’t charge me for tinting the front windows of my Envista. The finance guy was very patient with me as I had “phoned a friend” for advice on which option to take. Jill gave me a tour of the facility. It was overall a very painless experience and I appreciate everyone who helped. I love my car so far. Thank you!
