I waited for my vehicle while it was being serviced. I watched the tech write ���waiting��� on top of the service ticket. After waiting 3 hours I finally asked the cashier and they had the keys. The vehicle had been parked outside and I was not notified it was finished. Turns out I waited 2 extra hours for no reason. I won���t be making that mistake again and hopefully, your service department won���t either.
