The repair to my vehicle took four weeks longer than I was originally told. My vehicle was not even inspected until 3 days after my original appointment. Another day was added so that an employee could drive my truck home for the evening. I have had problems with this service department over the years. On one occasion I was told I needed new rear brake pads, but another service provider showed me I had 60% of the original pads remaining. Another time I had tries rotated, but the tire pressure indicator was not reprogrammed. I expect better service than this.
