Once at the dealership, the experience was fast and went very smooth. My pre-appointment experience was not that way. I prepaid for accessories through the MyChevrolet app, which had the items in stock and ready within two days. I called a week later and had to go through three people to find out it was there the whole time and I could schedule an appointment for the first thing Wednesday morning the following week. A week later I got a call telling me to schedule an appointment. Luckily they had me in the system as an ���appointment��� and got it done.
