Jill was amazing to work with. She answered all of our questions to the best of her ability, and if there was something she wasn���t sure of, she made sure to find a way to get us an answer. Things went very well. Communication was very good concerning the repair. The issue I brough my truck in for was repaired. They found a couple of other things and communicated about those. I agreed to fix them as well. In all I am pleased.

Communication between this dealership and Progressive was very poor (it was an exploding semi tire that caused my damage it was not entirely due to wear & tear) and I���m dealing with progressive regarding that issue. My issue with this dealership is also a lack of communication! They had possession of my car around Oct. 10th. I contacted them via their website chat 3 times and was told that my inquiries regarding its status would be passed on. I finally called on Oct. 25th and it was ready - I was never contacted that it was ready! Apparently, it was ready on the 17th!! That���s 8 additional days of a rental car payment!
